This yoga class focusses mainly on mindfulness and body awareness and also aims to build strength and flexibility. This will bring about a reduction of stress, increase full body mobility, and bring balance to body and mind. Meditation and mindfulness practices help us to be centered, clearer, and calmer and it also supports our resiliency.
This Tuesday class with Evrim includes gentle flows, meditation, and breathing exercises. You will learn the basics of Hatha Yoga and meditation, you will discover your body and limits, and build on its strength and flexibility. This method is the most harmless and safest way to work with the body.
